Send Arigato Japan a correction, a newer official source or a question about a page. Name the page and the source you checked.
Arigato Japan is an independent research site. If a rule, price or opening time on a page is out of date, tell us and we will check it against the official source.
What can you send?
- A correction. Name the page, the line and the official source that shows the right figure.
- A newer source. An official notice that changes a price, a date or a rule is the most useful message.
- A question about a page. We answer what the page’s sources support, and we say when they do not.
What should you leave out?
Passport numbers, booking references, payment details and other private data. We cannot give legal, immigration, medical or insurance advice. For those, use the official authority named on the page.
How do you write to us?
The way to write to us is on this page. How we handle your message is in the Privacy policy, and the rules for using the site are in the Terms of use.
